Allyson is heavily involved in the arts and creating accessibility. She is the new violist of the Altius Quartet. She graduated from the New England Conservatory in the Spring of 2020. Allyson has studied with violists such as Erika Eckert, Geraldine Walther, and Cathy Basrak.

During the pandemic, Allyson has remained active in the local music scene. The Altius quartet has found ways to perform by creating multiple live-stream, online events to support local causes and recording concerts to be aired at local venues such as the Clyfford Still Museum in Denver. In this anomalous time, Allyson and the Altius Quartet have been active and passionate about finding new ways to engage with audiences and students.

Allyson has enjoyed summers as a fellow at the Aspen Music Festival (2017 and 2019) and Tanglewood Music Center (2020). She has also had the honor of playing in the New York String Orchestra Seminar that occurs of Christmas in 2015 and 2016. Allyson made her debut solo performance with the Longmont Symphony in 2014 performing the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto. She was also the winner of the 2018 winner of the Honors Competition and performed with the University of Colorado Symphony. Today, she regularly subs with the New World Symphony in Miami, Florida.
